Mainer at birth.
Logger by trade.
Senator for the people.

Health care is a human right. It’s about the freedom to have control over your own life, your own future. It’s about living your life without feeling like the deck is stacked against you.

As the oldest state in the nation, older Mainers make up a critical part of our communities and economy. Ensuring that folks can get the care and support they need well after retirement is central to who we are in Maine.

Maine veterans have served our country and state with integrity and honor. All we want to do is ease their transition back home, into the workforce and into Maine life.

Mainers deserve a tax system that’s fair for everyone, not one that favors the wealthy elite.

Maine people work hard and don’t ask for much, but they deserve quality, good-paying jobs that offer fair benefits and a safe work environment

Troy is a fifth-generation logger from Allagash, who got into politics because he was tired of people with big suits and soft hands in Augusta and Washington making decisions without regard for working families in his community and all across the state.

Now, as President of the Maine Senate, Troy is making sure all Mainers have a seat at the table.
